
To determine the shape based on the scale model, the first step was to form it in wood.

Each of the fender flares was then stamped out and positioned.

A wire frame was built to secure all in position.

The everything was tacked in place.

A lot of accurate measurements led to these nicely tacked front fenders and flares.

Unlike the factory cars, this Pantera had fenders where the left and right sides actually matched.
