Some old school dudes got to work.
After years of cutting and welding and grinding, now we were finally shaping the Beast.
Keep in mind, of course, this was still the first version of the car.
It was nice to see her in one tone, but this would all be redone in the next year or two.
Nice to see her all smooth.
Sad that this wouldn't last. But like every Pantera I've owned, always a work in progress
Hard to imagine that we were gonna start all over again...
But with so many changes to the body, it really needed a different look.
The new lines were much more refined than the first version.
And the new body had so much more detail to finesse
So after seeing it white primer I made the call and we went with pure white gloss.
The detail shows so much better in white, and would be offset by a black carbon roof, with black carbon roof scoop, side scoops, front deck and carbon wheels.
Here's a better idea of what It's going to look like when all the black trim is in place.
We painted the underside, inside and engine bay in a semi bedliner finish that should withstand the beating it will take.
